I never feel totally put together if my nails are messy or unpainted. I could be having the best hair day of my life―but if my nails aren’t done, I feel like something isn’t quite right. So when I had the chance to host an event at one of Dallas’ industry-changing nail salons, MiniLuxe, I jumped at the opportunity.
The event, MiniLuxe VIP Night, provided 100 free beauty services to attendees. Everyone who came to the event could choose to have a Performance Polish Refresh, eyebrow shaping, or eyebrow tinting―totally free of charge! Around 70 people came out to MiniLuxe VIP Night for a fun evening of champagne sipping, snacking, and pampering with their girlfriends. It was a blast, and we all got to learn about why MiniLuxe is different from other nail salons.
So why is MiniLuxe an industry-changing business?
First, I’ve had a lot of manicures in my day, and MiniLuxe takes more care of their clients than any other salon I’ve visited. At the Preston Center location, they meticulously cleaned up my cuticles (I pick at them really badly) and spent several minutes ensuring my polish was perfect. My manicurist even took the time to explain the products she used on my hands and feet, which I really appreciated since most salons are usually in a hurry to get you in and out.
But what’s really different about MiniLuxe is their polishes are all cruelty free, 7+ free, and made in the United States. When I shop for food and cleaning supplies, I’m always looking for socially conscious and natural options―but I’d honestly never thought about my nail polish as being possibly toxic or unnatural. I love that MiniLuxes’ polishes aren’t going to damage my nails or introduce any unnatural chemicals to my body.
Plus, MiniLuxes’ polishes dry in FIVE MINUTES. I never, ever get home from a manicure without having messed up at least one nail. When I got home from my mani/pedi at MiniLuxe, I was so relieved that all of the polish on my fingers and toes was perfect.
They also do eyebrow shaping, waxing, and tinting, so I had my eyebrows fixed up at the MiniLuxe North Park location. When I left from my eyebrow appointment, I felt like a new woman! They took as much care with my brows as they did with my nails.
Finally, at MiniLuxe, cleanliness and hygiene are a top priority. They use hospital-grade sanitation methods on all of their metal tools, and all files and buffers are one-time use. As someone who is in a nail salon every three weeks, it’s a huge relief to know I don’t have to worry about sanitation at MiniLuxe.
